As a student in the present and an educator, I have a deep passion for helping students achieve their full potential. Witnessing the spark in the eyes of my students and guiding them through their academic journey brings me immense joy. My experience working with students spans for about 2 years during which I have served as a teacher's assistant. I have also volunteered to help students decide on their universities by having group settings explaining my own university life and experience so far. Through patience and encouragement, I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students can be motivated to overcome challenges and excel in their studies. I am currently a second-year student at the University of Western Ontario, where I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Health sciences. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right guidance and resources. I believe that helping students foster a growth mindset brings opportunities for growth and learning. My tutoring style is student-centered, made to meet the needs and learning styles of each individual. Outside of academia, I am passionate about art (painting and sketching) and also dancing. Whether it's exploring new places or helping out in my community, I believe that maintaining a balance between work and hobbies is very important for mind and body.
