I believe there is a lot of overlap between science and art. While as a practicing artist I create conceptual work that is fuelled by my academic endeavours, I find math and science very creative in nature. In my opinion, teaching/learning should be a two-way transaction that is energizing rather than exhausting or frustrating. My goal is to instill an understanding of physical and mathematical concepts that is both deeply rooted and easily accessible.
