I'm a certified preschool-12th grade substitute teacher and adult educator.

I'm a former call center manager who led, coached, trained, mentored, and instructed teams of highly-skilled professionals selling and servicing a variety of financial products and services.

I have a MA in Military History from American Military University. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science & Government from Ashford University. I also have an AA in General Studies degree with High Distinction from Glendale Community College. I have a graduate certificate in World War II studies from American Military University and a certificate in Auto Insurance & Customer Service from Rio Salado College.

I was an Arizona P&C insurance producer license and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. I'm a member of the Golden Key, Saber & Scroll, SALUTE, Pi Gamma Mu, Historical Studies, Collegiate Leadership & Achievement, and Alpha Lambda Sigma honor societies. I'm also certified in the Reid Technique of Advanced Interview & Interrogation.

I served 6 years as an NCO (Sergeant/E5) and Counterintelligence Agent in the Army Reserve, serving in Iraq, South Korea, and various other locations. I was awarded the LTC Thomas W. Knowlton Award for mu contributions to the intelligence community and had the honor of my badge and credentials being retired. I was also awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and numerous other medals and decorations.

I formerly served as Vice Chairman of the City of Surprise Audit Committee and Chairman of the City of Surprise Board of Trustees. I also served on the Maricopa County Board of Trustees. I'm a member of the VFW, DAV, American Legion, and Military Intelligence Corps Association. I also served as a member of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Posse and has volunteered for various church activities. I was awarded the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award in 2010.
