As a P.A., I have successfully passed the Boards through the National Commission of Certification for Physician Assistants four times. Working in various fields of medicine including primary care, occupational medicine, surgery, and overseas, I have developed a stable and strong foundation of medical knowledge. What is more meaningful for studying however, is that I have been an educator throughout that time as well. Teaching is important to me so much so that I have home educated four daughters. I have worked as a substitute teacher in sciences in high school, guest lecturer in college, instructor for the American Heart Association, Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association, Certified 4H Instructor, and as a Coach for Kentucky Association of Academic Competition. My teaching style utilizes coaching techniques from medical sources, seeking to build upon learning styles, and empowering personal goals that we discover together. I'm here to help you succeed!
