I am very passionate about helping people because I want to see other people succeed and be happy.
I have worked with students with disabilities as a notetaker and tutor, I have also tutored high school and middle school students, and adults. I have a Bachelors Degrees in Earth Science and a double minor: Secondary Education and Economics from The City College of New York. I am currently working towards getting my Master. Some of the subjects that I tutor include: Math, Spanish, Earth Science. My favorite subject to tutor is Math because I think math isa lot of fun and I feel that I have the knowledge and strategies to break it down so that people can understand it better. My teaching philosophy is that everybody has the right to a good education. My tutoring style is very interactive because I work with the student and assess their learning by asking questions. I have a strong interest for sports, particularly for soccer. I also love to play piano and chess.
