Hi! My name is Sarina. I am going into my sophomore year of college at Denison University, where I am majoring in psychology and neuroscience. I plan to obtain a PhD in Clinical Psychology post graduation. I enjoy participating in theatre when I can and I'm a member of my college's sketch comedy troupe. I first started as a peer tutor in high school and I will tutor at my university this coming semester. I interned at an elementary school under a guidance counselor where I helped teach classes on topics such as bullying, as well as worked with struggling and at risk students. I am very passionate about learning and education. I'm also passionate about the new wave of free online educational resources such as Scishow and Crash Course. I want all students to be able to love the pursuit of knowledge and achieve their full potential without academic struggles getting in their way. Sometimes with the way the education system is set up, it can be difficult to find joy in learning, so I want to bring that back to education.
