I have a real passion for working with others. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. I have been in the same elementary school for almost 12 years. I absolutely love what I do and cannot ever see myself doing anything different. Ever since I can remember I had wanted to become a teacher. There is such a joy that comes from interacting with my students and getting to know them and watching them grow, both personally and academically. I believe that there is always a way to be successful, no matter what obstacles may stand in the way.

I love to read, especially on the summer and sit in the sun, at the beach with my toes in the sand! I have recently began dabbling in restoring old furniture as I absolutely love antique and rustic decor. I try to be crafty and creative and tap onto my artsy side.
